Ordering, timelines, shipping and pickup
What happens after you click Pay, how we keep your date, what you'll see in tracking, and how delivery works across Canada.
From order to door.
- Price it. Upload a DXF file or pick a template and see the price in seconds. Custom jobs get a firm quote within one business day.
- Pay securely. Checkout runs on Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- We make it. Your order goes straight into production with a date for every step.
- Track it. Your order page shows each step as it's done. Shipped only appears once there's a real tracking number.
- Receive it. Delivered by courier anywhere in Canada, or picked up if you arranged pickup.
Keeping your date.
Every order gets a date with a little safety time built in, so small hiccups never reach you. If something bigger comes up, like a late material delivery, we email you straight away with the new date and an apology, and we make it up to you on your next order.
Shipping and pickup.
- Parcels ship by Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or Canpar, whichever is best for your boxes and address.
- Very large or heavy orders go by freight. We book it and tell you the delivery window.
- Pickup: choose it at checkout and we email the address and hours when your order is ready. Bring your order number.
- Orders with both metal and wood parts ship together in one delivery.
Questions we hear a lot.
Is there a minimum order? No. One part is fine.
Can I change my order? Message us right away; once cutting starts, changes may not be possible.
