How we handle your information and your design files, in plain English.

The short version
We collect what we need to quote, make and ship your parts, and nothing more. We never sell your information. Your drawings stay yours and are used only to make your order. Advertising and analytics cookies stay off until you say yes.

What we collect
- Contact details: name, company, email, phone, and billing and shipping addresses.
- Order details: your design files, sketches and photos, materials, quantities, finishes and notes.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We see the last four digits and the card type, never your full card number.
- Messages: emails, texts and form messages you send us.
- Website use: pages visited, device and browser type and general location. Collected through cookies only if you accept them.
Why we use it
- To price, make, finish and ship your parts.
- To send order confirmations, a copy of your order, tracking and invoices.
- To answer questions and handle reorders, remakes and refunds.
- To keep tax and business records that Canadian law requires.
- With your consent, to measure how the site performs and show you our ads on other sites (remarketing).
We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link, as Canada's anti-spam law requires.
Who we share it with
We share only what each party needs to do its job, and they may use it for nothing else:
- Production and finishing partners receive your files and part specifications to make, coat or galvanize your parts.
- Shipping carriers and shipping platforms receive your name, delivery address and phone number.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Google provides analytics and advertising, only if you accept cookies.
- Email, hosting and accounting providers that run our business systems.
- Government or police, only when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Information stored outside Canada
Some of our service providers, including Stripe and Google, may store or process information in the United States or other countries. While it is there, it is subject to the laws of that country, and authorities there may be able to access it.
Your design files
Your drawings and designs remain your property. We use them only to make and support your order. We do not reuse, publish or show them to anyone outside our production partners. We keep files for 24 months so you can reorder easily, then delete them. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
Cookies and ad tracking
Essential: remember your cookie choice and keep the site working. Always on.Analytics: Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages help people. Off until you accept.Advertising: Google Ads remembers that you visited so we can show you our ads on other sites, and measures which ads lead to orders. How long we keep it
Order, payment and tax records: at least six years, as Canadian tax law requires. Design files: 24 months. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe. Cookie data: up to 13 months.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable providers with strong security. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent, or have it deleted where the law allows. Email [EMAIL]. We answer within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Quebec residents can also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information.
Children
Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced on the site.

Do you sell my information?
No. We never sell or rent personal information. We share only what our production partners, carriers and payment processor need to complete your order.
Who sees my design files?
Only the people and partners making your parts. Your designs stay your property and are never reused or published.
How do I turn off ad tracking?
Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page and choose Decline. Advertising and analytics cookies stay off until you accept them.
