Is there a minimum order?
No. One part is fine. Your full price, including any small-order fee, shows before you pay, so there are no surprises.
What file types do you accept?
DXF, DWG, STEP, AI, EPS and SVG.
I don't have a CAD file. Can you help?
Yes. Our design service turns your sketch, photo or idea into a cut-ready file. It is $250 for a limited time (regularly $350). Once the file is ready, you see your parts price and order like normal.
How fast will I get my parts?
Cut parts ship in 2 business days. Bending, powder coating and galvanizing add a few days, and your exact ship date shows before you pay.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship anywhere in Canada, priced in CAD with no duties. Pickup at our Ontario shop is free.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and we will tell you when your parts are ready. Pickup at our Ontario shop is free.
What if my file has a problem?
We check every file before cutting and contact you. You never pay for a bad part.
What if my parts arrive wrong?
Contact us right away with a photo and your order number. We check every file before cutting and inspect parts before they ship, so problems are rare, and when one happens we work it out with you directly.
How do I pay?
Credit card at checkout. Business accounts can pay on Net 30 terms.
Do you galvanize?
Yes, hot-dip galvanizing in the same order as cutting and bending.
What metals do you cut?
Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, copper and brass. Titanium on request.
How thick can you cut?
Our laser handles thin gauge sheet up to heavy plate, and waterjet goes thicker still. The quote tool lists every thickness we offer for each material.
What is the largest part you can make?
Our laser takes full-size sheets, so most parts fit easily. Larger parts can be cut in sections and welded. Upload your file and the quote tool will tell you if it fits.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. The price per part drops automatically as quantity goes up, and you see it change as you adjust quantity. Business accounts get additional pricing on regular orders.
Do you do welding?
Yes. Turnkey custom fabrication, including precision welding and finishing, is quoted on request. Send your drawing or photos and we will reply quickly with a price.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, on request. U.S. customers may pay duties at the border.
